Once you have submitted your online order you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number and other details. Please be sure to save this confirmation email for your records. Once your order has been processed, you will then receive an email notification with shipping and tracking information. Your credit card is only charged when orders are shipped.

Left Surface is committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item within 30 days of receipt please follow the process below:

1. Email support@leftsurface.com for a return authorization number.
2. The following should be provided in your email:
   1. Your original order number from the order confirmation email you received when you processed your order online
   2. The reason for return
   3. Designate refund or exchange
3. Once you have received your return authorization number, return all of the components and original product packaging in a secure box with the return authorization number written on the outside of the box. Left Surface is not in the business of selling, trading or renting personal information. We will not use or share your personally identifiable information with others except those individuals or entities which have a business relationship with Left Surface.

Customers who buy through the Left Surface system are shopping on a secure server which encrypts customer's credit card information and passwords. This makes it difficult, if not impossible, for a third party to access or use your personal information in an unauthorized manner.

Left Surface has developed its service with security as a top priority. We use firewalls to help prevent access to information in our system and Secure Socket Layers (“SSL”) to encrypt your personal information and protect it from disclosure, destruction, modification, or use.

Left Surface may amend this Privacy Statement from time-to-time. We will notify you of such amendments or changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this Privacy Statement.
